Walk, ride your bike or X-country ski to work. Summers are cool, so
that's the high tourist season here. That gives you plenty of time to ski! Currently holding dinner hours only all winter,
so even with the ski traffic, you'll have time to ski. Summer hours include Sunday lunches so the patio can really be enjoyed
& create a very lucrative income.
Traditionally, current owners take a vacation in the spring and the fall, between hiking & biking season
and ski season. Refresh, renew and rev up for each season. It's a lovely lifestyle.
You can have small town living in the mountains
of Colorado and make a great income and have a good time doing it.
Near 8 ski areas accessible as a day trip - only a half hour drive from Vail &
Copper Mountain, another 10 minutes gives you Breckenridge, Beaver Creek, Keystone & A Basin. There's Monarch to
the south and 15 minutes from Leadville lies Cooper, a small scale family mountain with the best snow around. In the summer
there are endless activities - surrounded by Colorado's two highest mountains, Mt Elbert and Mt Massive. People flock
to the cool summer weather. From Denver, Texas, all over.
